I doubt that, but a sitting president of the United States is suing a porn star. let that sink in for a minute, never in our history have anybody witness such a thing from a sitting president. And that $130,000.00 was paid for a reason, you just don't give a porn star that for nothing.

trump's legal team, by filing the $20,000,000 case, just admitted that trump is "david dennison" as mentioned in the settlement agreement and that there is "tangible property" ( texts, photos and possibly more ) from their relationship that would cause economic harm to trump.
if stormy ( illegally ) charged trump for their sexual romps then the hush-money payment is illegal, michael cohen's formation of an LLC is illegal ( both state crimes and outside trump's ability to pardon ) as well as CA state and federal violations for not reporting a campaign contribution ( the "tangible property" would be considered a $130,000.00 contribution ).
IF the mueller investigation was investigating the daniels affair, which is a distinct possibility since part of the steele dossier discusses trump being blackmailed because of his sexual exploits, at the time trump publically denied the affair that would meet the criteria for obstruction of justice.
