I thought everyone knew that? Is that what you are arguing about.

I was arguing the DoI set precedence. What everything is now based upon in our laws. Case law decides litigation.
The Declaration set a precedence.

Take a wild guess what preceded the DoI....

You have yet to prove your allegation the DofI holds sway anywhere over the Constitution as the law of the land.

What set precedence for there to be a legal reason for a Constitution. The Magna Carter?
There had to be a declaration someplace.

How about one nation under liberty and not corporate brainwashed dominance?

How about one nation under the right to not be held liable for others indiscretions and irresponsibility?

How about one nation under integrity and not deception and hypocrisy?

How about one nation where people practice what they preach?

How about one nation where parents are responsible for their children's behavior and not 'the system'?

Saying that the U.S.A. is 'under G*d' is disgraceful to G*d if if the country is full of sin, hypocrisy, arrogance and lies!

You can't keep your cake and eat it too. Don't be a G*d-dammed phony!

Phoniness is apparently the new American pastime for both 'Republicans' and 'Democrats". The country is sick!

Your question is irrelevant, the Constitution establishes the law of the land, the DofI does not as you've alleged.

And really, the "Magna Carter"

The Magna Carter.

Really.

Do you live in Nashville, by any chance? Because I'm starting to think I may know you from another board years ago. Ever heard of T.E. Lawrence?
