Mueller and Comey are not "best buddies" at all according to those closest to them. I think there is mutual respect, which I would hope to be the case.
The reason we bring up the fact that Mueller is a Republican is because the right talks about his bias all the time. There was pretty universal praise when he was appointed, but now that things are getting hotter some on the right are trashing him. It's absolutely disgusting. The man served our country for decades as a soldier in Vietnam, a US attorney, and FBI Director. And the right is willing to thrown him under the bus for a self-serving pu$$y grabber. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Mueller's a Bush establishment Republican and those guys hate Trump possibly more than the Democrats do and the fact that he only hired Trump haters showed his hand. Now if they actually did find something on Trump, no Trump supporter is going to believe Mueller's merry band of Trump haters.
Mueller has devotedly served Justice since the beginning of his career, with no regard to race, color, creed, or political affiliation. He hasn't changed a bit. He is highly regarded on both sides of the aisle. Indeed, he was appointed Director of the FBI by two presidents, one from each party.
He would lock his Mother away if she was guilty. If you are not guilty, he is not interested in you. That one fact alone is what has all of the Trumpettes with their knickers in a twist. Donnie Divot is dirty, but that's not a secret, and hasn't been for decades. Mueller's job is to dig deep in the muck and find out just how dirty he really is. He's doing a fine job, from where I'm sitting to watch.
This right here. Mueller came on the national scene with a tremendous reputation as an unbiased investigator. I think it's just terrible that the Cult tries to soil his reputation simply because he is being mean to their hero.

There were plenty of congressmen that approved of Muellers appointment as FBI director and Special Prosecutor. He was approved for a 2 year extension in 2011 by a vote of 100-0 in the senate. One thing I agree with is that Trump supporters wont believe anything Mueller finds on him.
Why did he hire only hardcore democrats to "investigate" a phony collusion charge created by democrats?
Why has he not FIRED Strzok and Page who didn't just have anti-Republican, anti-Trump opinions, they ACTED on it.
Why has he REPEATEDLY stonewalled all the republicans in congress by not giving them the documents they need?

Strzok and Page are no longer part off his investigation and he isn't the head of the FBI, so how do you propose he fire them?
