So tell us, is that your RV with the brown stain down the side over at the M? Or maybe that’s your G6 parked at Executive?
Either way, your arrogance is appalling.
Go back to counting your bucket of quarters.
Workers do deserve a raise. Unfortunately, a one time bonus isn't a raise. Wages are still stagnant no matter what lie Trump spewed about that last night.

Wages are still stagnant.

About what 2% of the population enjoyed those one-time bonuses while Corporate America made out like a bandit ~ along with the 1%.

The same contempt that has them fighting for increased wages at the lowest levels and expanding the threshold to still earn OT pay for salary workers? Both of which would put severalfold more money into worker's pockets than a $.50/hr bonus. Both of which were rabidly opposed by Republicans.

Tell us more about this contempt from democrats.

True...I am arrogant, and I know it’s appalling.

Additionally, I actually do save quarters in 5 gallon water bottles.

My wife, who's salary is far south of six figures, received her bonus last week. To us, it's not crumbs. Maybe to Pelosi it is, but not to us.
I wonder what would happen if her email box got flooded with people asking her for some "crumbs"?

What you have just said should have been part of the rebuttal to the Trump's speech last night. It should have been, but it wasn't. That is the problem with the Democrats, and has been for too many years.

Obama did a lot of good things, but seemed incapable of putting his real accomplishments in words that would resonate with the ALL the American people. The Democrats are still incapable of doing so.

A Kennedy gave the rebuttal last night. I watched it. It didn't address Trump's lies directly, only indirectly vaguely talking about values and not about specifics. I don't think anyone will remember what he said tomorrow.

On the other hand, Donald, and Republicans in general, can say the most ridiculous lies, but do so in such a positive manner and with such strait faces that even college educates white women voted for them in the last election. This despite the Republican stand on abortion, minimum wages, student loans, health care, etc.

When will the Democrats learn to fight the Republican lie machine head on!?

Forced wage increases causes the cost of goods and services to increase accordingly, there is no net effect. Actually you're funneling more money through the inefficient government and into politicians pockets.

or the fight to ensure that middle class would have access to health care, or right to clean water and air, or non-predatory college lending practices, unemployment benefits and Medicaid should they lose their jobs? This like that? Those things that show contempt for middle class Americans that the GOP and Trump oppose at every turn?

I agree with what you said, but it's hard to make that argument with the state of the union because we only know what's in it like 2 days ahead ... If that.
