I wouldn't expect anyone would want a release of classified information which could disclose sources and procedures for acquiring intel in any event but certainly not for a Nunes Memo. There are plenty of GOP members that have stated the same.

Last week there were quite a few dems on there that were calling for the release of the underlining evidence, now they changed their mind.

What happened?

It became clear that releasing the underlying information freaked out the DOJ and FBI because of the leaking of classified intel that would benefit our enemies. It puts us in a bad spot. This sort of thing is important...but is it so important that we would lose the secrets?

Nunes has used his access to classified information as a political weapon. Its shameful.

At this point....I'd say release the info. But its hard to know without knowing the consequences.

I said when this all started that the dems would object to releasing the supporting evidence for the memo.

How did I know that, because they are desperately afraid the memo is all true, and they don't want the evidence released to verify it.

It doesn't matter, the evidence is there, and the bad actors will be exposed.

And when this is all over and nothing comes of it but compromising our intel, Nunes needs to be removed.

Exactly! That's why the memo is such a corrupt sham/scam. Nunes' reputation is already tarnished.

Memo is such a nice, simple word.

Nunes >> Schiff >> Mueller >> Comey...

Memo >> Russia Russia Russia.

Nunes has an obligation to work with the WH on what Trump feels is classified and what should and should not be released.

Nice try by Shiff who of course colluted with Obama, Comey and Clinton to release his own fake version which is illegal to do so.

So many hopes and dreams pinned on Nunes outwitting the FBI.

What are the chances?
