Unfortunately.....releasing the supporting data that shows it as partisanship will probably require some classified information.
The perfect crime...all Nunes had to do was allege wrongdoing to create the stink that something nefarious occurred, and now he doesn't even need to back it up.
Perhaps this is what was intended all along - Nunes and others of his ilk are waging war in the court of public opinion.
So, in other words, it is not evidence that the FBI abused the FISA process.
How exactly is this responsive to my request that stburr provide evidence that the FBI has been abusing the FISA process?
The link I provided is a report from the FISA court outlining widespread FISA abuse by the FBI for allowing private contractors illegal access to the FISA data base.

No it’s not widespread, one paragraph out of a 90 page FISA Court decision doesn’t make your case. You keep pasting the same example and claiming of contractors with security clearances accessing raw data. Did you notice that the FBI raised the issue in an internal investigation. Did you get anything else from that report.

They have to; they have no other choice. Imagine if your JV team were going up against the Golden State Warriors. You'd have to use whatever means necessary to win, even if that meant putting laxatives in Curry's pre-game meal.
the model for a Russian stooge was played perfectly by Obama. Unfortunately Obama was too obvious having defended putin and took action to ensure he did not displease putin. It is Hillary that really partnered with Russia to expose classified information.
nunes was found innocent of trumped up charges by a committee of his legislative peers.
If silence equals guilt, most of the Obama crowd that went before congressional committees were guilty of crimes. How about all the immunity that was handed out like candy for Hillary's buddies that were questioned.
I agree that Obama was weak and feckless towards Putin, but they were anything but friendly. It is a far different story with Trump and his campaign. More than enough probable cause to investigate Trump and his Russian connection. Nunes and his actions with members of the Trump Administration regarding the memo raise troubling questions. Why the subterfuge and secrecy? Why the misinformation?
The one who is scared today is Trey Gowdy. His abrupt resignation proves it. Bill Palmer explains why Gowdy and Nunes are exposed for an obstruction of justice charge:
"Trey Gowdy and Devin Nunes were on the Trump transition team. That’s a problem for them, because Michael Flynn was updating the transition team about his illegal plotting with the Russian Ambassador in real time. Special Counsel Robert Mueller now has Flynn as a cooperating witness, and he has all of the transition team emails. In other words, he has evidence that Nunes and Gowdy were a part of that criminal conspiracy on some level.
"It’s why Nunes has spent the past year clumsily trying to sabotage the Trump-Russia investigation. He knows it’ll lead back to him. It’s why he wrote his idiotic memo about supposed abuse by Trump-Russia investigators. It’s why Gowdy stuck around on the House Ethics Committee just long enough to clear Nunes for wrongdoing. It’s why Gowdy wormed his way onto the House Intelligence Committee, which is investigating the Trump-Russia scandal.
"Devin Nunes and Trey Gowdy have each been trying to protect themselves from their role in the Trump-Russia in their own way."
Trey Gowdy announcing his abrupt departure is most . . . interesting. He was a part of the transition team.
What beautiful Karma this could be.

The closer Mueller gets to interviewing Trump - the more they flail about trying to discredit the FBI, the CIA and everyone else.
That's why I said you need to read the entire report.
The report says that the FBI was allowing unauthorized access to raw FISA data to private contractors.
85% of the FISA searches the contractors were doing were unauthorized. They illegally spied on about 30,000 Americans, I would say that is widespread.
The court said the actions were willful.
Read the report before you dismiss it.
