No. Congressman Nunes is part of the legislative branch of the government. The White House is the executive branch of the government. The obligation of the separate branches of government is to check and balance the other branches.

How was it rigged? You are aware that both houses of Congress are controlled by Republicans?

They couldn't get access to the confidential information that Nunes accessed, which is a key part of the process for the ethics committee. They didn't find him innocent of any wrongdoing, they were unable to prove any wrongdoing. There's a difference, and you are being misleading by ignoring that difference.

If there is any corruption.

And yet the constitution gives congress oversight over the DOJ.

How can Nunes, or any of congress provide oversight if they can't interact with the executive branch?

You are so desperate that you are using incoherent arguments being put out by the corrupt people that are going to be exposed.

I say that House Committees are supposed to have representation from both parties. Because this country is made up of people of many political persuasions, and that having a completely biased House Intel Committee is a BAD thing.

I believe the 2018 elections are going to make the House even more partisan.

Checks and balances. Obviously the branches interact with one another. What's important to note is that members of Congress do not work for the President of the United States. They don't report to him, they don't serve at the President's pleasure. Nunes does not seem to understand this.

Ok that time, he did. This time it is so blatant obstruction with half truths without the context that it is lies. Dangerous ones at that. If I were any ranking official in the FBI, I would be seeking a defamation lawsuit and Democrats should pushing for an injunction and if not leaking the REAL memo through Wikileaks. Yeah remember when Freedom Caucus members like Nunes trumpeted Wikileaks, he should because he'll condemn it now because he WILL get caught.

there is, the democrats on the committee are saying it is highly edited with a lot of redaction. The original memo is not released beyond the house yet this piece of garbage is? This is why I'm calling for a Wikleak of the original. Freedom Caucus members supported it when Snowden releases the NSA information and when Hillary and DNC emails were released. Why wouldn't they want this?

The dems on the intel committee have been leaking like a sieve, but you notice they haven't leaked the memo.

Why is that?
