You're comfortable with the paintings and painter's message?
Congressional hearing were held today on Russian meddling in our political process and were told that the Russians are gearing up to disrupt the 2018 mid-terms.
That is a far more important story than one about a painter who made a idiotic painting of a black woman holding a severed white head.
I am sure that we can find many a white artist that drew just as disturbing images.
It would be all you hear and read on msm. The left would have collective conniption fit.
Exactly. It's like the other thread just started about the black women only retreat in Costa Rica. It's perfectly acceptable to have "black women only" but imagine the outrage if there were a place that had an official policy of "white women only".

I agree. I posted it so that y'all would know who the man really is.

Racism is FINE when it's against whites.
....so much so that the then POTUS told the Ferguson police to not be so aggressive after Michael Brown was appropriately shot and killed. The police backed off and the funny people burnt down the town.
In your imagination, reverse the situation. Imagine Trump or another white POTUS chose an artist who had depicted white people beheading black people.
Would you still be so supportive?

Artists thrive on creating controversy. There are many works of art I find repulsive. I don't go crazy about it though. I wasn't particularly impressed with the man's portraits of the Obamas or his other work for that matter but that is neither here nor there.

I'm beginning to think the outrage over the Obama paintings are a calculated campaign to keep the public's eye off all the scandalous things going on in the White House and with the Russian meddling.

But that isn't what I asked...a POTUS choosing a white supremacist artist...you would not be bothered?
