So many Russian trolls triggered by this news. This helps me identify new Russian trolls in addition to the usual suspects. I guess this is the other unintended, helpful consequence of the news. Thank you special prosecutor Mueller!
TRANSLATION: I can't refute what conservatives are saying here, about the absence of any evidence Trump or his staff colluded. But I hate it anyway, so I'll make up dark conspiracies, announce they are suddenly "Russian trolls", and generally make a complete fool of myself rather than admit the truth.
obstruction of a crime he didn't commit sounds really stupid....but good luck!
Yes, they would be bogus charges. I hope he tries it just for the entertainment factor and to see Trump shrug it off and say "your fired, I'm pardoned."
I am not a Trump "supporter" and I am not in denial. Maybe there are bigger fish. If so, Mueller will get them. He wont get the biggest fish and that's Putin. So really what good are we doing? I can tell you that Trump is not a fish he will catch in the Russian meddling. Trump is no Russian spy. Better off trying to get him on obstruction for asking inappropriate questions to DOJ employees.
Mueller knows what he is doing. He is rounding up the smaller fish for more information. He is building a bigger case by round the small fish up first so they can turn on the big fish(Trump and/or Putin). More proof and testimony (indictments, plead deals, testimony etc), the bigger splash! Smarter than the base by far! The base claim Russia had nothing to do with the elections. Wrong again! Why would Russia want Trump to win so bad? They have something on that man. GOP Mueller isn't the base.
In order to avoid detection and impede investigation by U.S. authorities, Defendants and their co-conspirators deleted and destroyed data, including emails, social media accounts and other evidence of their activities.
Defendants and their co-conspirators thereafter destroyed evidence for the purpose of impeding the investigation. On or about September 13, 2017, KAVERZINA wrote in an email to a family member: "We had a slight crisis here at work: the FBI busted our activity (not a joke). So, I got preoccupied with covering tracks together with the colleagues." KAVERZINA further wrote, "I created all these pictures and posts, and the Americans believed that it was written by their people."
No one can deny that they were meddling in our election any longer.

If you didn't commit the crime, but help to cover it up, that falls under 'aiding and abetting', if I am not mistaken.
Example: My sister kills her boyfriend. I didn't kill him, and had no part in his murder, but I help her bury the body in hopes it won't be found and don't report what she did. But the body gets found, my sister gets arrested, and the police realize she couldn't have buried him without help, and they figure out it was me. Do you think they'd let me walk away on the grounds of, "I didn't do it, I only helped hide the fact she did."?
Rod Rosenstein: “No allegation that any American was a knowing participant” Rod Rosenstein: "No allegation in the indictment of any effect on the outcome of the American election."
