I do ,I hang out with many different types "politically" and all good people and the republican party and trump are in for a rude awakening.I am a republican ,I didn't vote trump ....or Hillary and nor Bernie but the people I know that did vote trump are sorry they did and while most will still not vote Hillary the feel the republicans party leaders are the true down fall of this country for even letting trump get this far and will vote for anyone but them now.Trump will be totally responsible for the downfall of the republican party.

I don't think you or the op read the article. Not a word suggesting those sites are promoting 'pro-gun' messages. In fact, the trending hashtags from those so-called Russian bots are #guncontrolnow and #marchforourlives, both Pro gun control.

That didn't take long. Before the bodies were cool, Russia was all over social media pumping out the NRA's message. I wonder how much of the $416 million the NRA spent lobbying last year was in the form of rubles...?

You dont really think your replies through much do you? The NRA is a great tool, they have deep political connections, and can be guaranteed to fund one side. Plus if they get caught at it-well...bonus! Because many will defend the NRA heavily. I honestly cant think of a better tool.
The biggest tool dividing us is our own media. The NRA is a grassroots organization supported by their membership. They are struggling but remain one of the premier civil rights organizations in this country.
