No they aren't. They are free to say and do whatever they want on social media under their country's laws as long as they are doing within their borders. Laws here in the USA don't over ride theirs. Let me ask you, why aren't Mexican nationals that are HERE in the USA being arrested for influencing elections and policy decisions with their rallies and social media posts? Want to know why? Because it isn't illegal.

Do you have a link besides what is posted by RW bloggers? If not, Mexican nationals involved in our election process are not a story, but the product of a fantasy writer.
