Grand jury summons can be ignored. It is just a request for testimony and that is always voluntary. They can get a search warrant if they want to seize what they think he has got....which they don't even know what it is, so GOOD LUCK getting a search warrant describing the things and places to be searched if they don't even know what they ARE in the first place.

If they knew anything they would be asking the other parties in the communication chain, not him. He isn't under investigation.
Makes you wonder what Gates told Mueller, doesn't it...?

Former Trump aide Sam Nunberg said Monday that he has been subpoenaed to appear in front of a federal grand jury investigating Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election but that he will refuse to go.

Nunberg said he does not plan to comply with the subpoena, including either providing testimony or documents.

If you don’t comply with the subpoena then you get an all inclusive trip to club fed... enjoy.

He just said, and I quote, “I’m not cooperating, arrest me.â€
This is a very emotionally troubled person. Why is the left-wing news media giving him so much, over the top coverage?

Why did Trump keep hiring him? Why did Breibart keep publishing his articles?

Carter Page has apparently accused Nunberg of having a drinking problem.

B/c guys like him need an outlet to vent. The problem is for you guys is that he is spilling whatever beans he has in his can to the media. Clearly this man has something wrong with him and clearly he wants to talk to the media. How do you help a person clearly screaming for attention? Someone has to listen or else this man can end up doing something harmful.

This was as damaging as it could get. I watched several of these interviews last night on my iPad and I don't think I've seen a public figure melt down in this fashion on cable news while being in a "questionable" frame of mind.

Although we've seen it via Twitter with Trump on several occasions. It happened so many times with Trump on Twitter that it's become normal.

Nunberg has accomplished this:
  • He is now useless to Mueller as he has shot his credibility.
