i'd wager there's a good possibility nunberg will be checking into a rehab within the week.
Yep...this investigation is putting alot of pressure on alot of people and meltdowns are to be expected. Some people will grab a bottle and lock the doors and some people will grab a bottle and hit all the cable news channels.
If Mueller gets a warrant, he will for certain include probable cause that will allow the seizure of Nunberg's server, computers, and files. Much cheaper and easier just to comply, unless you are afraid of what might happen when you turn your back from now on.
Sure let's go that route. Instead of violating the guys 4th and 5th amendment at the end of a gun.

AND -- yes this guy left in August of 2015 but he was working with Trump since 2011 -- almost four years. That's a long time to figure out he is not the guy they thought he was.
Trump is displaying a sincere inability to judge character and pick the right folks for the job.

He cannot be forced to testify against himself.
If he ignores the subpoena and is tossed in the clink until he complies, that is known as "due process".

You cannot force anyone to speak. that is a gross violation of their civil rights, you commies!
In the United States, the person receiving the subpoena has the right to protest the subpoena. The party issuing the subpoena then has to make the case in front of a judge that it is necessary.
You confuse it with a warrant.
Sections 9-11.140, .150, and .160 are particularly interesting. .160 deals with the consequences of refusing to comply.
