If you actually look at some of those previous van killings, radicals look for people that are suicidal, manipulated, have mental problems and then coax them into carrying out attacks or being suicide bombers etc.
Someone can be BOTH mentally ill and used as a weapon by those with agendas.
Just to remind those here who are American and are use to free wheeling info about a person arrested.. Canada does NOT have what is often termed as " Sunshine " exposure of arrested individuals. Even our Trials and preliminaries are NOT allowed to expose anything until after ( testimony) completed in the trial.
Canadian law prohibits circulating informations, so that future jury pools don't get prejudiced. So don't expect a lot of background info being forth coming by Officials ( course some individuals may know some details.. may slip out details.. ). ... Informations about anyone who commits a crimes never has evidentiary items exposed by the press/officials. Yep.. We are boring, but unlike USA > Lawyers, LE and their ilk don't go on Talkshows to spew/spin facts of any case... .. We don't speculate and accuse without knowledge/facts.
I posted mainly as IMO from experience.. BUT, I sure don't KNOW who, (or why) this mass killer is... Day in Court will come down the road... Until trial is over WE won't get ALL the Facts/background etc etc!
Course it won't stop assumptions being made and pointing to someone's base blame game ... But these same folks will never admit they were wrong or apologies for their hate filled thoughts when they are proven WRONG ! Pre-judging is an affliction.. and I'll bet Canadian Law will be somehow blamed for Coverups of this Crime... It's an affliction of the automatic finger pointers to the FAV boogeyman of the time !
Muslims don't name their kids "Alek". He is Armenian no matter what Iranian straws the right grasps for.
Maybe he is an Armenian.
Maybe he is Canadian and 6th generation Canadian.
I am just saying having that name doesn't mean he is "Armenian" nor does it mean he is an immigrant and in fact a surname website says it is an Iranian origin name of an Armenian name that actually comes from the Greeks. I looked it up, because the Armenian connection to the surname used a completely different spelling, which is dubious logic.
What evidence do you have that he is Armenian? What evidence do you have that no Muslims name their kids Alek and no Muslims ever have a name like Alek? You seem to be closed minded.
P.S. Could you please contact these Muslims and tell them that they have the wrong first name and need to change it? I literally work with a Muslim whose first name is Alex, short for Alexander. Could you please show up to my work and chew him out for having a name that you feel Muslim's can't have and then chew out his parents. Thanks!
