I didn't see anything wrong with the video, and it was such a short clip. Leave it to MSNBC. What were they trying to prove? What were they trying to show? At the very end, it looks to me like he took her hand, but then MSNBC (conveniently) cut it off at that point.

MSNBC was showing the greeting between trump and french president macron. the cropping and editing were from whoever recorded this off the TV from their phone.
Just calling it as I see it, nothing special.
