Again today I noticed he can’t even dress himself. Today with all the different leaders of NATO standing for a picture together and POTUS is the only one with his jacket unbuttoned. Trump appearing to be unkempt and his red tie hanging out; maybe he just needs a button sewn on his jacket. Or maybe he's overweight and can't button it?
