According to his financial filings, he's bringing in plenty of money.
What he hasn't been able to bring in is competent attorneys to defend him.

There's a photo of Trump with an obviously unimpressed Vice Premier of China. No exclamation marks so likely a staff member posted that and the congratulations on the new head of the CIA, the one who is fine with torture.
