Paxton Leads 7-State Lawsuit Challenging the Unlawful Obama-Era DACA Program
Republicans once again showing there true colors they hate people of color and want them all out of the US This lawsuit will go nowhere
It's nothing to do with the color of their skin. The issue is that they did not come here legally. Their parents came here illegally and brought them along. But it wasn't their fault because they were only kids. Trump said he wanted them to stay. Then he turned around and probably now he wants them to go. Or he doesn't really care. Most people want them to stay because it wasn't their fault that they were brought here illegally.
But it is not about the color of their skin. People who come here and circumvent our immigration laws come here illegally. Illegally means they broke the laws. It is about law breakers.

Typical attempt to frame a subject of illegal aliens having committed crimes into a racial issue. Rest assured not all DACA people are of color, but that is beside the point.
Obama had no legal authority to create such a thing, and liberals who support the idea of DACA even said so.
We have a constitutional republic, not a dictatorship, so Obama once again overstepped his constitutional authority.
Funny how when Trump said he would make Congress address the issue (where it belongs), the Democrats filed miserably to accept more than what they asked for.
Instead they wanted it as a political issue in an effort to do what you are trying to do, unfairly and inaccurately portray (R's) as racists.
Fortunately not even the liberal MSM can cover up how the (D;s) got more than what they were asking for, and turned it down cold.

I think he does, well, the ones that would actually pass the requirements anyway.
Personally, the ones that can pass the requirements and are/have been receiving a higher education, have long time work skills(not jumping from job to job or sitting at home instead of working), haven't gotten into any trouble, etc., I feel they should stay. The ones who'd gotten into trouble, won't work, etc., should be sent back. The ball has been in the Lefts court for awhile and they are doing nothing with it. They have refused to deal....'give us everything we want and you get nothing'...that's no deal.
Rule of Law knows no color. Is Rule of Law perfect? No. However, without Rule of Law you have only authoritarian rule, tyranny of the majority or disregard for civil society and thus anarchy.
So you want tell people who came here when they are 1 to 4 and have been here for 15+ years it is time to go home This is only home they have known.
DACA's got the free education that their parents stole for them. Yes. It is time for them to go home and to fix their broken sh#thole country.
American students go abroad all of the time with programs like Americorps and the Peace Corps. And they all have a wonderful and fulfilling experiences doing so. So what's so scary about these DACAs going back to their home country in the company of their illegal parents and working to make their country better?
And they all know how to speak their native tongue, because of their parents speaking that at home and with their other illegal countrymen.
Send the DACA's home!!! And we need to stop other illegals from leachng of our public education system. And without DACA's and the anchor babies of illegals, there would be less students in our public school classrooms and more school budget to pay for better education for real American students.

What did the liberals get? Honestly asking, this is the second time I hear someone say this, when and where was a DACA deal on the table?

Well, for one thing they were wanting the people that are in DACA to stay, and they were offered to let (many of) those people stay. Is that not enough?
