Moving on.

FWIW - being maddened by money is not relieved by collective ownership (slavery to the state).
What happens if no one needs money?
Imagine that tomorrow, everyone awakens to the news that they have been given 22 billion billion quatloos - a substantial sum - credited to their account. Everyone is fabulously wealthy. No one needs money ever again. They can buy whatever their heart desires.

Except there is one small problem. Buy from whom? Buy what?
No one went to work, nor filled the stores, nor offered anything for sale. No one needs money. Even the starving children are fabulously wealthy. Civilization collapses - from money madness.

WAKE UP.

Prosperity is based on prodigious production, equitable trade and enjoyment of surplus usable goods and services.

Coincidentally, collectivist economies are quite incapable of generating prodigious surplus of consumer goods and services. Curious, eh?
Why bother generating a surplus when the GLORIOUS STATE confiscates it.
Never said that. Unlike Marx I believe in a form of currency (though very different from what its like today).

But regardless, if you can produce for yourself then what else do you need. Excess has created a culture of materialism, once its gone the earth will be happier AND people will be happier.

Ironically, the USA has been socialist since 1933, when people accepted that government could TAKE from one to GIVE to another - thus abolishing private property ownership.

That's right, kiddies. All the gripes about government and industry, since 1933, have been really aimed at COLLECTIVISM (SOCIALISM, MARXISM, COMMUNISM, PROGRESSIVISM, ETC)
...

Capitalist Principles
...
CAPITALISM - An economic system in which the means of production, distribution and exchange are privately owned and operated for private profit.
- - - WEBSTER'S DICTIONARY

PRIVATE PROPERTY - "As protected from being taken for public uses, is such property as belongs absolutely to an individual, and of which he has the exclusive right of disposition. Property of a specific, fixed and tangible nature, capable of being in possession and transmitted to another, such as houses, lands, and chattels."
- - - Black's Law dictionary, sixth ed., p.1217
If you concatenate capitalism with private property, you can see the "inconvenient truth".

= = = CAPITALISM is an economic system in which the means of production, distribution and exchange are absolutely owned by INDIVIDUALS and operated for their individual profit. = = =

If you think about it, American capitalism is an endowment to be secured by government. There is no government privilege involved in absolute ownership of the means of production, distribution and exchange, and of the gain derived. Nor can capitalism be subject to an excise tax, since no government privilege is involved.

This definition does NOT include usury (banking), gambling (underwriting), speculation, extortion, limited liability artificial persons (government privileged) or other predatory practices usually attributed to "capitalism". Coincidentally, such practices are subject to an excise tax, for they are revenue taxable privileges. (And they are the “greedy capitalists” that left wingers attack and envy.)

COINCIDENTALLY collectivist countries tolerate usury, banks, and corporations.

WRONG.
Surplus is essential if one wishes to be generous with those who are in need.

Voluntary charity is a blessing.
Compulsory charity is a curse.

Nah, voluntary competition is fine. It just shouldn't be integral to the economy and society as a whole.

edit: missed the "she". In that case, LOL

Disagree friend. You can be voluntarily charitable without having a society that withholds food that is available to the starving.

Syndicalist in Spain had freedom to do what they want, but food should be made available to those who can't produce (say they are crippled, etc.).

It's worked before and compulsory in the sense you make it out to be. Either way our number one goal should be to democratize the economy and make labor voluntary.

COMMUNISM - the ownership of property, or means of production, distribution and supply, by the whole of a classless society, with wealth shared on the principle of 'to each according to his need', each yielding fully 'according to his ability'.
- - - Webster's Dictionary.

SOCIALISM - A political and economic theory advocating collective ownership of the means of production and control of distribution. It is based upon the belief that all, while contributing to the good of the community, are equally entitled to the care and protection which the community can provide.
- - - Webster's dictionary

MARXISM - the economic and political theory and practice originated by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels that holds that actions and human institutions are economically determined, that the class struggle is the basic agency of historical change, and that capitalism will ultimately be superseded by communism.
- - - Webster's dictionary
.......................
Socialism and communism = COLLECTIVE ownership.
Do you understand what “abolition of private property” and “collective ownership of the means of production” really mean?
MEANS no INDIVIDUAL can absolutely own himself, his labor, the fruits of his labor, his land, etc, etc.
He is a SLAVE of the collective and subject to those who rule.

"Democracy" insures that the minority can be oppressed by the majority.

How do you “produce food?” - Farm.
Who owns “your” farm? - The Collective.
Who owns the harvest of “your” farm ? - The Collective.
Who therefore owns the fruits of “your” labor? - The Collective.
Who therefore controls your right to life, to a livelihood, and to all that is generated? - The Collective.

Not good.

COLLECTIVISM : We steal everything, and hold you obligated to pay us for our magnanimous mismanagement, while demanding your obedience to our dictates.
But at least we have equal oppression for all, justice for none!

WAKE UP.
