Yes, the gun will overheat... that's one reason the Las Vegas shooter had multiple guns ready.
That defeats the magazine capacity and change time arguments.
Also Tucker is your archetypal right wing poster... avoiding the main argument/big picture by focusing and deflecting to a swear word used or narrow technical argument.

He asked a direct question and got a non answer. Your idiot kept deflecting and was campaigning.
Top Three-Gun competitors can indeed pull the trigger three times a second — for short periods of time. ..most modern semiautos use 30-round magazines, which means the mag would have to be changed six times to reach the magic 180 number. An expert can change a mag on some rifles in about two to three seconds (depending on the gun and how he/she has staged the mags), but that’s still 12–18 seconds of lost shooting time per minute. So a maximum theoretical rate of about 138 rounds per minute... That sort of firing generates tremendous amounts of heat as well"
So, based on above, the rate can be reached if, like the Las Vegas shooter, you have other guns handy and swap out.
"I spoke with Derek McDonald, Surefire's VP of Marketing, who called them "anti-ambush mags" because of the uninterrupted firepower they can provide during the critical, first 30 seconds of an ambush. He said, and later wrote in a press release, that "it takes the average soldier about 4 seconds to reload their weapon and reacquire a target. So, based on the rate of fire of a full-auto rifle, using 30-round magazines means a soldier can fire 150 rounds max in 30 seconds. But, with our 60-round mag he can fire 240 rounds in 30 seconds. And, 100-round magazine means about 300 rounds in the same time."
Wow, what a tool bag. Let's just make up some stuff to fit an agenda. The sad thing is there will be morons that believe it.
While I'm not a fan of made-up "facts," the far-right does it all the time with their laughable claim that "nothing can be done about gun violence in America" despite the FACT that every single other developed nation has addressed the problem, and many of them still have plenty of guns.
That, right there - the "what can you do?" as more people die - is the biggest lie made up to fit an agenda of them all.
these fools always show themselves to be complete idiots in front of Tucker
