Would the DOJ and FBI still treated their campaigns the way they treated Trumps? In other words, say Jeb Bush had defeated Trump and was the Republican candidate for November 2016, would Comey, Clapper, Brennan, McCabe, etc., still have spied on the Bush campaign, or seeked out FISA Warrents for people in Bush's camp?

If Jeb Bush had had a history of receiving money from foreign oligarchs and had hired grifters who had done the bidding of those oligarchs, the answer is yes.

Not unless Jeb and his crew colluded with Russia like Trump, et al did.
Jeb would have been an acceptable winner. He would've been made out to be the "bad guy", but he'd have been a run of the mill establishment bad guy. If he won he'd go along with the program and not rustle any feathers.

Jeb is a Washington insider. Trump is not. The powerful aren't happy when outsiders threaten to expose their secrets. And it isn't just the left fighting against him.
If Jeb had won, this country wouldn't be the laughing stock it is now. We would still be respected and Americans would still be able to sleep at night.

this. bush was hillary light. he would have been lambasted in the media like his brother was, but other than that there would be no bogus investigation, since the powers that be could control bush.
Depends on if they had done the things the Trump campaign did or not. I suspect the vast majority of them would have been better prepared, and acted better. Oh sure there would be the usual nonsense and accusations, but I doubt we would have any serious investigations going on,, just lots of whining.
