This is ridiculous. The way this whole case has been handled is totally ridiculous. Awan may be given a plea deal.

On the other hand, excellent work by the reporter keeping up with this.

The reporter explains how the hacks by these IT guys nukes the entire Russian conspiracy witch hunt against Trump.

Default Democrats' IT scandal set to explode with possible plea deal

I know, this sounds like one of those endless articles libs post about Trump...."This is it! Now he's a goner!"

But really, what the hell was DWS up to? Why is she trying to cover this mess up? Just embarrassment or something much worse?

Here's an interesting opinion piece from Frank Minister at Fox News, who has been following this odd story from the beginning.

"The curious case of Imran Awan, which sounds like an international spy thriller, is entering its third act. Awan was a congressional IT aide to Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., and he was finally fired just after he was arrested trying to fly to Pakistan last summer.

Awan and his wife, Hina Alvi, were charged last summer with bank fraud. They now appear poised to strike a plea deal with the Department of Justice. A plea agreement hearing is set for July 3 before U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan in Washington, Fox News reported Wednesday"

There is no doubt that we are only getting a tiny bit of this story, there is much to being withheld from the public.

This could turn out to be the largest spy ring in US history.

Don't forget that the DC police were supposed to turn over evidence to the prosecutors, but instead gave it to Awan's lawyers.

No seriously, they gave evidence to Awan's lawyers that was supposed to go to the prosecutors.

Got to do something to deflect from the steady and unending stream of bad news for their fearless leader.

This sounds like just another optimistic pipe dream lacking in substance.

Are you denying that the Inspector General found unauthorized accessing of congressional servers by the Awans?

Do you consider government Inspector General reports to be blog posts?

Wow, all the usual suspects have really embarrassed themselves in this thread.
