I think you are asking about the wrong person 'going too far'.
Trump had already called on the next journalist, NBC's Peter Alexander. You can hear it in the C-SPAN video. It is the female intern's job to transfer the mic to the next journalist Trump had called on. Acosta used physical force to overpower the female intern and wouldn't let her do her job. That's misogyny. No doubt about it.

Why whine and incessantly complain about the overuse of "male privilege" but when Acosta does it, it's suddenly OK for men to very clearly overpower women and prevent them from doing their job? And many of you wonder why NO ONE takes you seriously, to the point that Hillary lost in 2016 in an Electoral College landslide? /SMH

The tale that Acosta "physically overpowered" that intern is malarky.

It was a set up and we all know that.

Team Trump could have turned off his mic at the control booth and had her hand a second mic to the next reporter.

Instead they came up with this wee drama for the morons among us.

Did Acosta use physical force to prevent the female intern from doing her job AFTER Trump had already called on the next journalist? Yes, in fact, he did.

Most reasonable people agree with you. It is obvious what Acosta did, plus he is just plain disruptive wanting to give speeches instead of actually ask questions. It is ok for leftists to be overly aggressive physically with women. They get a pass from the brainwashed. Oh, but Hillary won the popular vote! LOL!

They would be attacked in their homes, restaurants, in elevators, have their hair set on fire, coffee thrown on them, their meal interrupted and their food destroyed, property damaged.............and that's just for having an opposing political view.

I have said it before, and I will keep saying it:
Give acosta's credentials back to him, BUT, put a row of chairs in the back of the room labeled "CNN" in large block letters. Tell all CNN staffers that those chairs are for them (yes, it would be obvious, but they must be told anyway). NEVER give any of them a microphone. NEVER respond to any question from them. NEVER acknowledge them in any way, except to nicely welcome them before the press conference begins, and tell them to leave when it ends.

I like it. The President says "Welcome CNN" at every press conference and then completely ignores them.

Great idea except for one change I'd make. Put their chairs in the corners facing the corners and have them sit their like childish bullies.

.
The only thing that gives your post any credibility at all is that Acosta is a wimp who probably would not be capable of physically overpowering any woman.

No, he did not.

Watch the original video, not the doctored one that Sarah Huckabee Sanders tweeted out.
