Mueller isn't after Manafort.

The charges he's facing so far will be enough that he'll die in prison if he's convicted.

I think Mueller is just pressuring Manafort in order to get even more stuff on tRump's dirty dealings in Russia. And the thing is, even if tRump pardons Manafort, that still won't protect him from testifying when called in before Mueller again. He'll have to come clean or face additional charges and jail time.

Ol' tRump is in a tough spot. One he made for himself.

One that's very entertaining.

Stay tuned!

If he gets pardoned now then Mueller or some other prosecutors will add charges so it is better to wait longer.

Of course based on facts, it has to be seen if he deserves a pardon or not. If this is political prosecution then I’m all for a pardon, otherwise he can sit where he is.

So far everything seems to be very political.

Trump won't pardon Manafort. Remember, he barely knows the guy.

The political blowback from pardoning Manafort would be significant.

Trump knows this. If he doesn't, those around him do.

My observation is that the GOP would prefer women be seen and not heard, unless spoken to.

Yep.

Though he wants to so badly, Donald Trump doesn't have the balls to pardon Manafort. He's scared.

Speaking of scared, is that why Manafort declined the judge's offer to move to the Alexandria Detention Center?

First he complained that being two hours away made it difficult to confer with his attorneys in Alexandria.

So the judge offered to move him to the Detention Center and Manafort declined, saying it was too much trouble to adjust to a new living situation.

It's a cell, for crying out loud. How hard could it be?

So why did he really not want to move to Alexandria? Anyone have any idea?

Who said it did? Who said it had to? It turned up in the investigation into collusion with the Russians. But Mueller isn't saying it has anything to do with collusion with the Russians.

Maybe, maybe not. Although since Manafort was Trump's campaign manager, it's an easy argument that it does, indeed, have some impact on Trump even if just politicallu.

It turns out Manafort's attorneys were given the discovery documents from Mueller. Everything is changing with Manafort. His attorneys are trying to get the trial moved to after November.

I cant wait to see this one.
