Somehow as in didn't.

And, the events yesterday with Putin and Trump in Russia have exactly nothing to do with either of these people.

And Mike Tyson's quote referred to the modern-day equivalent of Clausewitz's idea of the fog of war, e.g., that pre-attack plans are rarely useful once the attack begins because the battlefield rarely yields situations that follow the narrative on which the plan relies once war begins. It doesn't apply to the situation at hand.
Thank you for admitting that the hoary structures of NATO, the EU, and aging Cold Warriors have little relevance in today's world. As I said earlier, one of the main forces in the election of President Trump was his disdain for the failed norms in government and finance. It's time for a new path.

Problem with that is it puts a lot of things he said both during the presser and after totally on their head. So he misspoke that one word and totally lied about the rest of it during and after or he really didn't misspeak and just hopes we all are too stupid to figure out the lie of his CYA I meant to say "wouldn't". I suppose I can add context to the long list of things the Donald just doesn't do.

Trump's team assumes that the people who support him are the dumbest people on earth. Would any of you say something outrageous on video, tweet the existence of the video to millions of followers, and then expect people to believe you when you later say "oh yea I misspoke and meant to say the polar opposite of what I said so no big deal" despite the fact that, in context, such a claim makes no sense?

This is stuff you wouldn't let your toddler get away with but the head of the Executive gets a free pass?

That was flat out embarrassing. He did everything he could to get the hell outta there without answering questions.

Now he’s lying about his words.

Trump is attempting damage control - sort of. Just announced that he has every faith in our intelligence agencies and Russia did TRY to interfere with our elections but failed (just heard on NPR). I guess there were "good people on both sides" this time around as well.

Trump didn't mean to take his haters for a 24 hour ride, but its the perfect troll job, or unintentional troll job.
He even got Paul Ryan hot under the collar needlessly....

That is so contrived.

How can you be so gullible after listening to all his lies? And you KNOW he lies, whether you want to admit it or not!

He's going to be sliding out of the WH on his butt very soon.
