Christian here who, yes leans left, there are a few of us.
I don’t get the issue conservative Christians have with LGBT people.

First, we live in the US. We talk about freedoms all the time and Christians don’t want their freedoms taken away. But they have problems with LGBT freedoms (ie gay marriage)? Again, we live in the US and eliminating freedoms for people that are not like you is discrimination. Or would you rather become more like Syria? We know what some Middle East countries do to these people.

Two, Jesus does not mention LGBT issues at all. Paul does in the NT but Jesus, our savior does not. Let’s leave it to the LGBT people to figure this out with Jesus. In the mean time we should “love all” as Jesus commanded.

So fellow Christians, why don’t we do this: the day you or I stop sinning is the day we can lecture the LGBT community. In the meantime, let’s focus on our sins, stop calling others out and enjoy living where freedom is. Sound good?

The problem is Christians are forced to accept same sex marriage. That isn't freedom, that's tyranny.

As if nobody has been ginning up hate toward Christians, ever.

Let's assume God exists for a moment. God will decide whether God is going to condemn gays or not. God is the judge on that matter. Unless said gays are infringing upon the rights of others (and there are cases I would agree they are, but not here), there is no cause for condemnation or lashing out.

As for gay marriages being tyranny, I'd broaden that a bit: ALL marriage is tyranny if it must be "sanctioned" by the government. Government should have nothing to do with marriage.

For Christians who believe in the Bible where it is clearly taught that homosexuality is a sin, this stunt is no different than these companies sponsoring a swingers convention.
They still do all those things, they didnt put up the parade, someone asked them for a check their marketing department determined it to be a net plus, so the check was issued. I got my company to sponsor my kids little league team, we still had a company picnic and bonuses.

How is a gay parade ok but someone wearing Trump hat or NRA tee etc is accused of trying to be a bad a*s, or is an instigator or is looking for trouble?
The "Leftist" ACLU was the primary defender of the Westboro Baptist Church.

A group of people Christians disagree with have a march in their area and they ***** about it on facebook or in article comment sections. A group of people that leftists disagree with march in Portland and antifa shows up to bash their skulls in.

agree with you on your point 2. that is my way of seeing it anyway. nice to see someone else articulate the same understanding of the NT.

Maybe, just maybe, these companies are doing this so you straight family type people will know who to watch for at those company picnics. I mean you already got enough on your plate trying to fight off all those "swingers" who hit on you.
