Dang -- what a day...can't keep up.

So, you are cool with it, as long as it's not a lifetime appointment.....not surprised...

and BTW I'm pretty sure Kav's current job is a lifetime appointment....

I thought yearbooks didn't have derogatory statements. I noticed that the alleged quote wasn't printed.

It's like with the Russia investigation. If there is no collusion, just let the investigation play out until the very end. He would then be proven innocent. How hard could it be?

Subpoena them to come before the committee under oath. The gal who is her life long friend did tell the Washington Post that she believes her. Make Mark Judge testify. God knows he's got enough baggage to make it worthwhile.

If this were a crime Kavanaugh may not be considered a criminal, but certainly an accomplice and willing participant. That to me is just as bad; he’s complicit in the lunacy because it benefits him.

Maybe he’ll put on a Golden Globe worthy performance and make me a little misty, but as of now nope... barely any sympathy on my end.
The senate chose not to vote on confirmation of Garland, as is their constitutional right, just as it’s President Trump’s right to nominate anyone he wants. You can complain about the fact that conservatives knew what this election was about more than the democrat voters, but elections have consequences.

1. Okay, we'll have his lawyer let him take a polygraph asking the 'right' questions just like Prof. Ford. Satisfied?
2. He can't control who will testify before the senate. You know Judge is already on the record with the US Senate, correct?

It's not how it works in this country, ma'am. He is innocent and the accuser needs to prove that he is guilty.

Record? A denial on his lawyers letterhead.
Ha.

Speaking of lawyers hottie Avenotti has the goods to bring on a Bill Cosby all over these two scumbags.
Funny a judge and a guy named judge are going to jail.

I know how it works, sir. I'm saying if I were him and I were accused, I would be doing everything in my power to prove my innocence. But maybe that's just me.

Elections have consequences

I just love when Obama's arrogance comes back to bite Democrats in the ass
