Exactly. And law is around facts, evidence, witnesses. Not "who has the best character". That is subjective and not relevant.
In elementary school a kid threw a rock at another kid's face and made his nose bleed. I still remember their names, where we were, and the day of the week (because we had a spelling test on the same day weekly). And, there are people who STILL to this day recall it, because it was a big deal back then.
So, there are witnesses who recall, there is evidence (a written report by the school admin)..
Remember that the liberal leadership is simply following Soros' orders to create chaos by any means possible. Liberals don't need or want facts about the situation. They just desire chaos by using a rape accusation as a weapon against an enemy to their agenda. They feel that any woman should automatically be believed. No questions asked. Only a terrible person would be skeptical of someone claiming rape 30 years ago and NO evidence, right?
At some point, the people in this debacle will regret their roles in this attack. Their lies will come back to them in some way. The problem with lying is, someone else usually knows the truth. The liar also has the difficult task of keeping her lies consistent--something that has been obviously too challenging for the actors in this drama.
according to the NYtimes, the latest kavanaugh accuser was in college when she attended these high school parties where this alleged abuse by kavanaugh took place. I find a college student attending high school parties odd, too.
That is hearsay, no one would ever consider listening to second hand information told by a braggart to his g/f. It wasn't worth your time trying it up..
There would be value in her testimony, she is close to Mark Judge who was also close with Kavanaugh.

Who goes to parties and remembers how many drink strangers had 35 years ago?. She doesn't know Kavanaugh.....was she like this in every party she attended in the 80's.....just count the drinks of strangers and evaluate by eye if they are drunk?......she must have been a fun date.
she remembers that detail but she can't name anybody in the 10 gang rape parties she attended. You would think if she attended 10 gang rape parties that she was a witness, she would remember their names of at least 1 or 2.
if I attend 10 gang rape parties (1 is enouhg for me), I would remember most people at the party......and I wouldn't wait 35 years to tell somebody.
Can she at least know the houses where these gang rape parties happened or she is like Ford, she doesn't remember which houses?
