As has already been pointed out numerous times, Kagan (Obama nominee) was seated in a midterm election year, 2010. This is a midterm election year.

You all can't really be so stupid as to believe the garbage you're being spoon-fed by the Dems, can you? [Insert look of incredulity at the sheer stupidity consistently on display, here]

There is no mention in the article of BK hiring a male intern or a non-model like female.

No wonder Trump likes the guy.

What I want to know is why she's not contacted the Police department to file a complaint in the place where she believes this happened (if she remembers).

I can give you one reason why might have not done that as of yet, that would put HER in legal jeopardy AND would most likely result in a "no charges filed" given what we know so far AND would make all of this including everything she's said/saying a matter of public record for all to see.

She would then be open to several legal actions by Kavanaugh, one being making false charges.

Oh, yes, come the first Tuesday in November, I will sit down with my mail-in ballot and think of this farce!
The result will be that I will not vote for ANY Democrat that happens to be on the ballot. NOT ONE!
That attitude had been limited to the senatorial race; the incumbent has served two terms. MY term limits say it is time for him to return to the farm and do honest work for the rest of his life.
Now, that attitude extends to the entire ballot. I may vote Libertarian or I may vote Republican, but I will not vote for a Democrat ever again!

That's simply not how the system works. The accused in this country has a right to face their accuser, and the accuser makes their statement first. Then, the accused defends thmselves. Everything being asked for by these people goes against the norm, and that is because this us nothing more than an attempt to stall out the confirmation of Cavanaugh. Any of you who can't see what's actually going on here are simply blinded by hate and political ideology. And that's just the truth, unfiltered.

I applaud your firm stance, but encourage you to think it thoroughly through. Libertarians are a long way from making a dent in the political power structure. By denying a Republican a seat, you give a gift to the Democrats who you clearly disdain. If on the other hand you are 'sick' of both parties and can honestly, clearly support a libertarian, then vote (L) away.

PLUS~No way should a KNOWN PERJURER be chosen for the Supreme Court...… also remember that wife-beater Rob Portman was the one who recommended the fine-upstanding PERJURER!

Are Republicans About To Confirm A Perjurer To SCOTUS? Hey ...

https://www.wonkette.com/republicans-ready-to-confirm-a-perjurer
People who think like this ^^^^ sicken me. For POLITICAL REASONS ONLY you're willing to DESTROY, yes, DESTROY a person AND his innocent family. A person who by all accounts has been and is an upstanding person but just because your POLITICAL PARTY doesn't agree with him you'll go to any lengths to get him.

Y'all are a bunch of SICK individuals, devoid of any scruples or morals...

This is true, however Dr Ford, per her attorney says she does not want Judge Kavanaugh in the hearing room, if she testifies. Right now on Thursday, or is the week after on Tuesday?

Can you remember where this happened? The issue here is that so many key details like where and when and who was there don't seem to be burned into Ford's mind.
