And yet again.........the America hating left ruins something else. Everything they do, they ruin.

They are the enemy within.

There is no question as to the bolded. It is NOT retroactive since the SCOTUS ruled specifically on that law and said that it is unconstitutional to extend the statute of limitations for potential crimes that have already passed out of it. Thus all such laws extending the time period of the statute apply to new crimes only.
You contradicted yourself. Your second sentence is right, and your third sentence is wrong.

So they will change there story 100% just because under oath?

If even just one person supported her accusation, I would be all for it, but so far no one, zero, not a single named witness, even her friend, has supported her accusation even the slightest.

As of now, even Ford has not testified under oath, let's start with her first. But oath does not mean anything really, it is not a magic spell that forces someone to tell the truth.

I have heard rumblings about a scrubbing-process taking place before she came forward. Hum, IDK if true, but it does sound like a possibility.

Letter of sexual assault surfaces in July, given to Dems and they do nothing. Why? It allowed too much time for an investigation. Better it comes forward during the 11th hour of the confirmation process then hehe, claim more time needed for an investigation.

That's like a woman coming to police claiming rape then Sheriff Feinstein saying we're not going to pursue this investigation right now because it'll skew our crime statistics. Please understand, I got bonus pay riding on this. #StandBy #DoNothing

"This" is a pronoun. It has no meaning without an antecedent. What is "this"?

If "this" is supposed to be the reaction Ford is getting, you couldn't be more wrong. Since 99.99% of women who make sexual assault allegations are not doing it for political reasons, 99.99% of women do not experience what Ford is experiencing.

Well, this is the first time I've ever heard a woman denigrated for simply belonging to a sorority. Are you aware that in some schools it's the norm for people to join sororities/fraternities?

Maybe he's one of those people who doesn't respect education and thinks the only "real" doctors are MDs.

I've been asking myself....what would I do if a drunken boy had laid on me and grinded against me 35 years ago, when I was 15 (when I was a very innocent girl....no sex until sophomore year college in my case) - and who was now a respected husband and father of two, with an impressive legal career behind him, and ready to be appointed to the Supreme Court? Would I disclose, 35 years later, that obnoxious drunk-teen behavior that traumatized me greatly, knowing it would essentially destroy a man's life and derail his career, cause extreme pain to his wife, and bring shame and humiliation to his two pre-teen daughters, who likely would need therapy as a result?

The answer: NO.

(And that's assuming it's true.)

A media blitz to do what? That's hilarious.
