Are you going to freakout if she has proof, Kavanaugh was not even in the state the summer these things are claimed to have taken place?

Yup. That's why she's being so vague. If she were to say it was August 1982, there's a chance he could provide evidence that he was working a summer job out-of-state.
I've been asking myself....what would I do if a drunken boy had laid on me and grinded against me 35 years ago, when I was 15 (when I was a very innocent girl....no sex until sophomore year college in my case) - and who was now a respected husband and father of two, with an impressive legal career behind him, and ready to be appointed to the Supreme Court? Would I disclose, 35 years later, that obnoxious drunk-teen behavior that traumatized me greatly, knowing it would essentially destroy a man's life and derail his career, cause extreme pain to his wife, and bring shame and humiliation to his two pre-teen daughters, who likely would need therapy as a result?
The answer: NO.

Again, you don't get it. IF I had chosen to stay quiet 35 years ago, would I then come out 35 years later to tell it in an attempt to derail his SCOTUS nomination?
Dr. Ford did not want this in the public domain. Who in the world would accuse the judge knowing their life and their family's life would never be the same again?
She first brought this to light in 2012 long before anyone knew the judge would be a nominee.
One who asks for an FBI investigation usually knows if it found they are lying they go to jail so I tend to believe her.
We will all have a much better idea after she testifies.
Sure she wanted this in the public domain, that's the whole point of bringing it up to the DNC. She didn't call the police, she didn't call the FBI, she contacted Dianne Feinstein knowing that this would have political implications. Someone who openly supported the resistance movement and someone who pledged to stop Donald Trump at all costs, that's who does something like this.
We already know that her attorney is a resistance movement, pink ***** hat wearing nut job and the only person who she allegedly told in 2012 is her therapist. Once she actually testifies and comes forward with some details we can look into whether that actually happened just like the rest of the details that have leaked out.
The DNC and this woman want the FBI to investigate this for a couple reasons, most importantly they know it could then be drawn out to delay this process potentially past the midterm elections. Secondly, it's very well known that there are people within the FBI who are very much anti-Trump. Should we allow Rod R to be in charge of this investigation? Give me a break.

It's a good thing for the judge that we aren't talking about felony sexual offenses, rape or anything even close to that if anything actually happened at all.
