The Republicans are in a terrible situation here, right before the midterm elections, just as the Democrats wanted it. Face it, the Democrats played not just dirty, but filthy and they have probably succeeded.
I don’t see how this helps the Democrats at all if this nomination is pulled. You’re going to see huge GOP turnout

The only Party that CBF is going to remember is the grateful Democratic Party!

There is no supporting evidence to prove or disprove her claims. There is no corroborating evidence, no physical evidence, and there are no witnesses. If we judge this on the evidence, the burden of proof is on her and the Democrats to prove something.

I didn't see or hear the testimony from Ford but a lot of Kavanaugh supporters seem to be conceding defeat right now. Was her testimony that good?

It will hurt the GOP because they will alienate some of the white women voters that they won previously.

Ford got the kid glove treatment and now the knives and hammer comes out for the accused.

yeah, real dirty.

you have a short memory.

how dirty was it to not convene, for a WHOLE YEAR, when Obama was president, on his nominee?

those scumbags denied a democratic president his rightful nominee. but now let's hurry up and put BK on the court.

Sorry.

And?

This charade does nothing to answer that question nor provides any clear direction on the confirmation of Kavanaugh. Based on the lack of credible evidence or testimony, he will be confirmed tomorrow. Sorry.

There are cracks in the support.

There is a realization that nobody is going to win this battle...even if Kavanaugh is confirmed.
