The consulate in Libya - of course that was a huge screw up. Remember again - he inherited two active wars and several collapsed countries.

Given where he started, he did pretty well, certainly better than Trump has done so far. He actually got something innovative passed - of course it failed ultimately because no one in the HC industry wants Regulation and Trump doesn't want regulation in any industry.

Islamic fundamentalism ran wild on Bush's watch. Were we supposed to stay fully deployed in Iraq for Obama's entire presidency ? The rise of IS in Iraq is on him but who was there before IS - Al Queda in Iraq -same Sunnis. As for Syria - that is an environmental factor.

Taking selected Obama failures (or not) over 8 years doesn't make him a bad President. It only makes you biased.
Selected failures.... you people on the left are delusional. Almost every major item that he did, turned out wrong. Just to show you that I'm a fair minded person --- I will give him kudos for two big successes - first, he found and killed Bin Laden after showing he had the guts to go into Pakistan and get him. And secondly he killed those pirates who took hostages on that ship, early on in his presidency. But overall -- he did a bad job.

Too many people have "selective amnesia" and other simply do not have nor did they have common understanding. all they had was resentment at a black man as president with a anguished awareness that they could no longer ride on white privilege or claim white dominance.
If they hand any understanding outside of their anguished minds and hearts, they'd have known what it takes to fix an economy that was in a level of depression, they would acknowledge the works and achievement Obama made, especially with all the industry job losses and home losses from the Bush era, and they would be aware and know that the focus on war of the Bush administration let everything domestic go to hell, while allowing the banks to play criminal games with a delusion that the economy was working and the sham and neglect led to the economy falling apart in 2007. We've never seen Republican in the modern age, let facts get in the way of their anguished hearts and minds and their fury at the fact that white privilege is no longer going to be supported or promoted in general American society. They are struggling trying to pretend that if there is no white privilege, that America will fall, because they still live by the delusions of Jim Crow's white superiority madness. When all of life and society is not only recognizing the past contribution of minorities, but are aware that the broad diversity of America's population is pushing forward with the growth building in America; and they are not buying into nor are they pandering to white dominance. People are proving that it has always been the hard work of diverse people that built America, and it will be the diversity of American people that will continue to create the growth of the future.

Democratic public and Democratic congress got lazy when Obama got the economy moving again, and people did not vote in the Mid Term, and Congressmen did not campaign with the vigor to tell the people the importance of continuing to vote and people did not grasp to push their congressmen to stand up and speak up... They all simply got on the wagon and took a joy ride. Ignoring that Obama told them, as he was elected, that he can't do it all by himself, that it takes the people "TO STAY ENGAGED"... and people disengaged, the minute they saw the economic recovery, the job numbers rise and health care established, and forgot what it takes to "sustain it", which is getting out to vote, ESPECIALLY, when a rabid republican was engaged in a "daily assault" after they pledged to fight anything and everything Obama put on the table. People got callous and allowed the same Republican that led to the crash, get back in office. It was the "ignorance of the people" who allowed the madness of Republicans to take congress and then people fell for Republican spin and attack, attack and blow smoke, until they fell for it and did not get out and vote and allowed the result of Trump to enter the stage of our Administration....

This is what happens when "THE PEOPLE"... get callous and don't get out to vote and allow the same rabid attack minded Republican to get in office.

Maybe now people will wake up, not just Democrats, but Republican as well.... and Democrats need to stop being misled with assumptions of victory, and Republican need to stop being led by "attack administrative gaming"....
Neither act of the public being misled... is good for America.

Republican have shown they care about the Rich and Powerful, remaining the Rich and Powerful and dominating over the people, and destroying the tax base and the civic and civil programs, while they attack every element of our nations government and administrative Agencies and Departments.

Obama was very clear, that he spoke as an AMERICAN CITIZEN!! Who also was previously The President of the United states... a fact that can't be denied or refuted.

Every former president gets an office, expenses and, in some cases, an annual pension payment, thanks to a 1950s-era law enacted after former President Harry S. Truman struggled for income when he left the White House in 1953.

While most ex-presidents since Truman have found ways to make their life beyond the Oval Office financially rewarding, the taxpayer-funded perks have remained — and Mr. Obama is the latest to take them.

What a gig!

Ike was the last former POTUS who wasn't independently wealthy. Truman was pretty poor when he left office too.

Default Obama on Saturday: Says he promotes politics of home while Trump promotes politics of fear

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/201...y-rally-video/

Maybe he needs to tell that to his party

Trump is a dictator on par with Hitler?
Tax cuts will kill us all?
the stock market and economy will crash if Trump is elected?
We are going back to the time of Nazi Germany?
We are becoming like The Handmaid's Tale?
Kavanaugh's appointment will kill all women?

Wouldn't want anyone you disagree with to speak out, now would you?

During his presidency, even as he enjoyed reelection and strong approval ratings toward the end of this term, the Democratic Party suffered greatly. Democrats lost more than one thousand seats in state legislatures, governors’ mansions, and Congress during his time in office.

Regardless of the approval ratings, people did not vote for Obama clones. In fact, they were thrown out of office. Having Obama campaign on your behalf usually proved to be fatal.

Now Obama campaigns in Illinois and California. Really?! What is he going to accomplish there?!
