Roe vs. Wade: (1) The woman who won at the US supreme court is now against abortion. (2) There is nothing in the constitution for or against abortion. It should have been left up to the individual states as per the 10th amendment.
Same sex marriage: Although I am an atheist, god made Adam and Eve; not Adam and Steve.

So the answer to the OP's question is ~Yes ~ and you are willing to put up with a lying, thieving president in order to get what you want.
And, as a purported atheist - your God quote is simply ridiculous.

But God DID make Adam and Steve. Or are you saying God didn't create every living being on the planet?
If you're going to claim to be an atheist then don't go spouting one of the most inane fundamentalist Christian talking points as if it was fact. It makes you look doubly stupid.

Interesting point...but Genese 5.2 King James Bible
Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.
If people were prepared at all they wouldn't need to be adopted.
Ding Ding, we have a winner.
Only 4 posts into this thread and the cat is already out of the bag.
This is the real reason for the anti-choice movement. It's not because people actually think a zygote is a sentient being, it's to turn back the sexual revolution and punish people for not having the kind of sex you think is morally right, which would only be sex between a married couple who are ready to have a child, are having sex only for the purpose of reproduction, and in the missionary position.
Same reason so many social cons are opposed to comprehensive sex ed, condom distribution aid, birth control, morning after pill, etc. All things that reduce actual abortions, but which serve to enable sex outside of the boundaries that you want to force on society.
At least we got that on the table pretty quickly this time. Usually it stays buried for a bit longer until one of you cons is more deeply triggered.
Reading a bit further into the thread, again I'm seeing the same thing. At least you cons are being more honest about this, it's been like pulling teeth to get this admission from you in the past.
Conservatives want not just to ban abortion but to ban birth control. I've heard it countless times in church that the invention that started the "destruction of America" is the pill. You want to control every aspect of everyone's sex lives and private lives for that matter so you can force your religion on them.
It's amazing how close we are to theocracy right now and how many people who call themselves "true patriots" can't accept that the First Amendment affords people the right to not believe in their deity.
Yes, glad others are seeing and understanding the real motivation here.
And single parenting is not (yet) illegal, though I have a feeling it would be if Trump supporters had their way. To them, the only acceptable environment to raise children in is a traditional God-fearing nuclear family.
Im sure you would like to leave that task to "the Village"
Like most people here I dont support overturning Roe v Wade or Gay marriage. That would make us like any Muslim majority country
