That would be like punishing you, because you didn't perform CPR on me, because I had a little throw-up on my lips and beard.
Nope. I am not a doctor who knew ahead of time that you were going to have a fatal heart attack and decided not to tell you I could prevent it by giving you by-pass surgery......taking away your choice to opt for surgery that could save your life, in effect, committing negligent homicide.

I am willing to bet that most of the women who die from childbirth every year would have opted to abort if their doctor could have told them ahead of time that they were going to die. Especially the women who had other children at home that were left motherless.

My point.......

Doctors cannot always tell ahead of time if childbirth is going to kill a woman.

Many times everything looks perfect.........until the woman throws a blood clot during or shortly after giving birth and dies. BAM.....just like that.....NO WARNING.

So, there is no IF a pregnancy endangers a woman's life because ALL pregnancies endanger a woman's life.

Well at least it is Liberals who are eating their young long before they hit the voter rolls.
I don’t consider it “slaughter.” Fetus ain’t viable, hence, not slaughter per Row v Wade

OK, lemme adjust my Game-Plan:

If you’re having sex daily get birth control pills for several $hundred per year or near free via Planned Parenthood

Also, have few morning after pills on hand if you run outta birth control pills

My Game-Plan allows for as much sex as anyone wants at very low cost!

I'm all for free and easy acces to BC but it's not a foolproof plan because BC pills, implants, etc. are drugs with side effects. Not all women can tolerate hormonal BC, I tried multiple versions and never could tolerate it, I had life altering side effects.

OK, substitute condoms for BC pills. Condoms cost $.50 or a $dollar. Yeah, I know, condoms break etc. Hence, morning after pills.

Probably TMI, but I have no need for BC - I’ve had a vasectomy!

I'm fully in support of providing free, easy to obtain BC for everyone. It would likely decrease the amount of abortions performed. Unfortunately, it's often the same people who want to ban abortion that fight subsidized BC. Many of these people also fight against sex education. They live in a dream world where parents preaching abstinence only means people stop having sex and unwanted pregnancies don't happen all the time.

Those of us living in reality know that kids are going to have sex, BC or not. Plenty of parents never even talk to their kids about sex, and getting BC can be difficult and expensive.

Everyone knows childbirth can be the cause of maternal mortality, and most doctors DO tell their patients of the risks of pregnancy, at your first "pre-natal" visit. They talk about what the pregnancy is going to be like, what the patient can expect as complications, genetic counseling is also typically offered, and insurance pays for it, so that patients can know if their unborn baby is at high risk for birth defects. In addition, pre-natal screening is offered, to test the fetal tissues for common genetic abnormalities. There is FREQUENT discussion of risk in pregnancy, AND a high degree of medical surveillance.

So everyone knows, or should reasonably know the risks.

So unless you're one of these oblivious fatties that doesn't even realize they are pregnant, virtually ALL women will be apprised of the risks during the first trimester and can make decisions regarding their own health and the viability of the fetus as determined by their provider.

Some/many conservatives would like to ban BC! BC is preventing life!

I hava Idea on how to (mostly) solve this issue! Looks like there are 2-5 million abortions per year in the U.S... There are far more Pro Lifers than abortions.

For those who are Pro Life, please sign-up to adopt an about to be aborted fetus. Or, at least, sign-up to financially support the fetus if it’s born

Maybe we should implement a lottery. Submit your name and we’ll see if you win the lottery.

This system ain’t perfect, but, it should reduce abortions!
