No it isn't. You actually think "news" agencies should be able to go out lie like this? You actually think that? If you do you are part of the problem and enable it due to your silence on such matters. People need to demand better from such an important facet as our "news". If a company or a bank or trading firm was lying to their customers they would be shutdown or the head honcho would be forced to step down. Why should the MSM be treated differently?
1) So you want all news subject to strict government oversight? Like say....China?
2) An OPINION piece is just that and is different from the "news" which reports facts.

It's almost like the left does that whole 'guilty until proven innocent, which is impossible because you can't disprove a negative' thing because they've figured that character assassination works when you have no ability to defend yourself
Example: Someone I don't even know says that 22 years ago I sexually assaulted her. I have literally zero way to disprove it other than by saying 'I didn't do it' and, apparently, the burden of proof is now on me (the accused) and not her (the accuser)
It's just another example of 'What does the Constitution and Bill of Rights say? We believe the exact opposite' brand of social democracy plaguing this country under the guise of progress
And by the way, wouldn't "predator" directly imply a pattern of behavior by definition? If Judge Kavanaugh is a predator where are his other "victims"?
