Trump was very clear in his rejection of Globalism, and reinforced his job as a U.S. President was to work on the behalf of Americans. Why have a President promoting the interests of foreigners who often work against us? Go Trump!
Given the audience was not full of his supporters you have to wonder if he really believes all his BS or is just playing to his base.
Of course world leaders are not part of his base so perhaps the Emperor really isn't wearing any clothes.
Good point. An intelligent person would cater their speeches to the audience. He spoke to the UN like he was speaking at one of his rallies in Beaver Crack, North Dakota. The delusions might be real in his head. This alone makes him unfit. What an embarrassment.

Because we don't live in the 1800s and global trade, peace and prosperity affect every nation. As the world's biggest consumer of manufactured products and oil do you really think we can or should go it alone ? Did you know that the US Service sector generates some $200+ billion of export surplus ? Why do you think all those immigrants show up on US and EU borders ? What do you do about nuclear proliferation and rogue nations and terrorism?
Is Trump just saying these things or is he actually making a difference ? We still have issues with NK, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Russia, and now China. I don't see any actual major differences in his foreign (military) policy from the last two presidents.
I can't wait to see how the fake news screamers will spin this.
