Democrat leftist sleazebags are now going after Kavanaugh's youngest daughter. These people are just unspeakably vile and evil.

I was being a bit flippant - so I'll clarify: Dr. Ford doesn't seem all that stable to me. Just her lack of being able to remember whether or not she gave THERAPY NOTES to the NYTimes a month ago, or whether or not she took the polygraph on the day of her grandmother's funeral - let alone all her other inconsistencies and memory gaps - makes me wonder honestly if there is something wrong with her thought process.

In other words, she seems sort of jacked up to me.

Trumpies call that "fighting".

But when Senators do it 10X nicer, it's called nasty. You need to look at the world through different eyes...

Republican - anything goes. Even SCOTUS appointment of a POTUS...let alone Russian help in an election.
Democrat - high standards apply. Only nice guys and gals allowed to be polite.

See that?

They have completed their Job and it is now in the Hands of the Leader of the Senate -
Mitch McConnell and his Executive Committee

Next ....... The Final Confirmation

Leader McConnell can ask for a unanimous vote in Executive Session to advance to a Senate Vote .... OR
Leader McConnell can ask on the floor of the Senate in Legislative Session to advance to a Senate Vote

Leader McConnell will ask in the Legislative Session because he knows that he would get a Filibuster in Executive Session and they can't do that in the Legislative Session.

Next comes the Senate Statements ..... all 100 of them. They can spend 30 hours doing this.
No way they will agree to vote.

Keep in mind - The Senate Judicial Committee is out of this deal - they are now just regular Senators like all the other Senators. Judge Brett Kavanaugh is out of this - no more Testimony or Hearings .... that was completed and Voted on by the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The President authorized the FBI to aid the Senate with Investigations of credible questions that came up in the Senate Judicial Committee at the request of SJC members and Leader McConnell.

I expect that a report will go to the President and then to Leader McConnell - then they will review the report and do more if asked. This is pretty straight forward.

Important Points to remember:

1). Dianne Feinstein and any other US Senator can write a Million Demands/Orders to the FBI and each and every one of them is Worthless ...... AND she knows that perfectly well.

2). The Democrats are Grandstanding -- they can come up with a 100 women that will swear on Satan's pitchfork or an NBC/CBS/CNN/NYT/WashPo/ABC/NPR talking head .... which may well be the same thing ....... AND it doesn't matter. It's all Razzle-Dazzle.

3). At some point (and Leader McConnell will direct this) they will be forced to VOTE - it will be before the Mid-Term Elections for sure.

What if the Vote goes against Judge Kavanaugh?? I think President Trump re-Nominates him again and tells the American People that THEY get to vote on the next Supreme Court Justice AND the basic premise of ....... Presumption of Innocence.

President Trump will put it on the line ...... it's up to the American people in November to decide if we still have a System of Government and Judicial System that is based on Presumption of Innocence and Process ..... OR...... is it going to be Mob Rule an Trial by Mob Media.
Trump has no loyalty to anyone. He will kick BK under the bus as soon as it looks politically advantageous to do so. Trump also has no morality but apparently one thing he does not abide is drunks. If it turns out as it looks like it will and BK is outed as a mean drunk with a history of bad behavior when boozed up, Trump may suddenly not like him anymore. No worries. Trumplings will adjust to anything he does.

Based on what? More unverified smears in the media?

I bet they’ll respond now thanks to whistle blowing NBC.
Why doesn't she share these texts with the reporters she's contacting?

Right - I mean, she's already saying she has them, to members of the media, already describing them, so why not just show them?

Seems an obvious question from the reporters, yes?

Next thing they will be accusing priests and football coaches.

Have they no end to their false accusations? Priest and Coaches and LE can't be bad people.
