Mine's not socially awkward at all, but I understand where the stereotype comes from.

One of my best friends is in IT and he always says,
If I liked people, I wouldn’t be in IT

Makes me laugh every time.

How many people actually think there is a "silent backlash" coming
Personally from a woman who is 70 I think it has always been here and hasn't been very silent at times

My spouse is a consultant, who travels three weeks out of four and works with a continually changing roster of clients. If he did not like people, he'd be in real trouble.

Per usual, your posts are always clear, concise and on point.

Men who treat women with respect have no worries about a backlash. The ones that are worried will have to slink back into the shadows never to be seen again. I say its a win.

I agree. People who have an understanding of and respect for appropriate boundaries have no reason to be fearful.

Just sayin.....
Bingo. The ones crying out the loudest are truly suspect. Or maybe they are just crybabbies period.
