Now people can say that is insignificant but the fact remains its moving in the right direction. When has that been done in the last 10 years ?

And we have to all agree after 97 months of positive job growth -- we should most definitely be seeing wage increases.

Why didn't Obama produce them then ? He had 8 years to do it. 3 years with no COLA, was that wage growth ?

An outright lie. Show me wrong, with a valid data source. Alternately, back up your outright lie with a data source that can stand up to scrutiny.

Reaching pretty far there for a slam on this president. Fact is, it has to be an arm extension employed to reach that far.

It's all based on the retirements of the Baby Boomers. It should continue for 8 more years. Except for the debt the GOP has created. The cost to borrow is already going up, some of which is based on the cost of Treasuries and the lackluster auctions for that debt. The buyers are wondering how that debt will be paid.

Obama- UE dropped over 6 % pts.

Trump- UE dropped 0.4 % pts.

Umm ...

Donald Trump says the unemployment rate may be 42 percent
Quote:
During the Sept. 28, 2015, media event, Trump described an unemployment rate in the range of 5 percent as "such a phony number."

"The number isn't reflective," he said. "I've seen numbers of 24 percent -- I actually saw a number of 42 percent unemployment. Forty-two percent." He continued, "5.3 percent unemployment -- that is the biggest joke there is in this country. … The unemployment rate is probably 20 percent, but I will tell you, you have some great economists that will tell you it's a 30, 32. And the highest I've heard so far is 42 percent."

Hats off to Trump for finally being humble for once and letting Obama's hard work carry us into a booming economy.

Thank you, Donald Trump!
Barack and hard work shouldn't be used in the same sentence. Most of what pulled us out of the recession occurred at the end of the Bush administration. The economy improved significantly when a Republican congress was elected! Trump provided tax cuts and reductions in job killing regulations.....some of which Obama was responsible for.

Every month when the economic news is released, the elites and those who are 'in the know' are all so surprised. Many of these people are the same ones who predicted Hillary had an 80% chance to win in 2016, so....

His comment isn't serious.

He's mocking things Trump said during the campaign.
