Seen it many times. Always putting down your own race in support of any minority cause. Not even making a case for it, just an automatic reaction. Some call it white guilt. I think has been part of some people's upbringing to feel guilty or shame over nothing. Just burned into your brain.

Every day on my way home I pass a Patel Brothers with it's banner 'celebrating our culture' - totally legit

If I were to ever comment or make a post anywhere about how I'm proud to be white I'd immediately be labeled a white supremacist

J/K, I'm already labeled that and don't even use social media

Seen it many times. A hypersensitivity and an overreaction to anything race related, as if all whites have been unfairly judged throughout history and an inability to understand how others feel. Some call it ignorance, some call it racism, I think its part of some people's upbringing to just blame others for all of their problems……"over nothing"…..

It's innate and central to fallen humanity to blame everyone else for everything that goes wrong - only a surrender to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior can bring about healing

But, alas, his birthday is an excuse to take time off and give presents in the name of 'love' while slandering Christians the other 364 days

It's only "self loathing" if you hate your race and don't want anything to do with it, preferring to identify as someone of another race. You may fit that description, but I don't identify with another race or prefer to be part of another race or culture.

I don't take "pride" in racism or my own ethnicity. I know what kind of people do, though, and one look at them usually indicates they are the last people who should feel "pride" in themselves or their race.

Weak. I just see it as you feeling guilty over nothing. I even stated in a prior post that I don't blame any race for any problems because I have no problems. But don't let that get in your way to pull the race card every time you feel guilty about being white.

You could always pull a Rachel Dolezal and switch teams.

……"over nothing"………..let me quote that, yet again, for clarity.

You gotta admit Danny Dolezal has a nice ring to it.

It is the double standard created by the Media, Education, and Democrats. The triumvirate of HYPOCRISY.

People of Color = OK to celebrate their culture vocally. In fact it is lauded by the above

White People = Must be ashamed to be White/European. If not, then we are considered "Part of the Problem". If we are vocal about it we are demonized because we've "had it to too good for too long" and must be punished for our ancestors perceived wrongs.

Put it this way. Many of us were taught in schools and in the culture that we should not see color and judge people "by the content of their character, not the color of their skin." In the Current Year however, that has been tossed aside in the service of identity politics. Now whites are relentlessly and continually told that they collectively are guilty for the sins of the past. Some of us however refuse to submit to that, and the New Norm of white self-loathing. I think the Baizuo resent us for not wearing hair-shirts and beating ourselves in endless penitence.

Or, if you want to judge me guilty for the things other whites have done in history, then be ready to laud me for the good they have achieved.
