People had slaves. Does anyone know someone who was a slave? Well produce him and he can identify his owner and we can put him in jail.

I think the issue is that the effect that slavery along with the bigotry/racism that so many whites had for blacks for at least a couple of centuries. Many blacks are still suffering from this, although not to the degree they did in the past. If you look at the percentage of people in poverty by skin color/race/ancestry, a black person is more than twice as likely to be poor than a white person.
However, things ARE improving; and I think that if a healthy and intelligent person is poor these days, it is more likely due to poor choices, upbringing, and/or economic conditions than it is to the color of his or her skin. Otherwise, how could it be that many thousands of black families are in a higher socioeconomic class than many thousands of white families?
While I agree that it's NOT okay to be white- according to the PC agenda- why post signs? That's just provocation.
