Anyone upset about Ellison but happy with Kavanaugh is either blinded by partisanship or faking outrage.
The woman accusing Kavanaugh never had any credibility. None! Ford never told anyone that Kavanaugh ever did such a thing, until he was being appointed the the SCOTUS.
Nothing of what Ford said was ever corroborated by any person or any evidence. All her witnesses said her statements of the events were false. Even her best friend from school said she had never met Kavanaugh, nor attended any party like Ford described.
Between the 911 call, and ellison's restraining order against his former girlfriend, at a minimum, there is evidence that the two knew each other. There is no such evidence that Ford and Kavanaugh ever met, much less know each other.
And with this, the ability of the Democrats to turn the #MeToo movement against Trump is effectively eradicated now and forever.

All the drama over Kavanaugh, who was a victim of a political smear, and the Dems elect a man who purportedly beat his girlfriend. Notice that the Dems aren't calling for law enforcement agencies to investigate Ellis over those claims.
That just coincidentally has one of the highest quality of life indicators among the states. The quality of life in that state is truly "embarrassing". The cleanliness, job growth, parks......totally an embarrassment of liberalism gone amok.
