In their whacked minds it will hopefully shed negative light on trump and be added a fuel for their baseless impeachment or towards getting him voted out in 2020. They are looking down the road for an end game to Trump meanwhile not realizing they are blindly following the far left and heading like lemmings towards the cliff.
There's actually very little talk in democrat leadership about impeachment.
There will be a lot of subpoenas and investigations that the GOP leaders of the House swept under the rug.
I would love to see the Democrats get his tax returns. When they find nothing wrong, they will look like the fool.
They would find a ton of things wrong. Look Trumps not wrong-his taxes are liable to be insanely complex. Trump absolutely doesn't fill them out. People who want to save him money do. And they take every advantage they can. I will guarantee you some of them were borderline illegal.....and some were illegal. Trump wouldn't know which ones were which.
Thats the reality. And thats why truly wealthy folks shouldn't run for president. Odds are they've committed crimes. I'd bet a significant amount of money Trumps taxes will show crimes. Just like Id bet money that 90% of those in the .01% like Trump also have crimes you can find that way.
AND that 90% of those folks would be surprised by it.

The IRS spends less then 20 hours on average of time on a review of a 1%'ers tax audit. They're insanely underfunded. Something the GOP does every hance it gets. Despite the fact that funding them better results in more accurate work.
Thus ushering in two years of a complete waste of time. Expected of liberals.
Oh puhleeze. Trump and his do-nothing Congress have been a complete waste of time since January 2017. No one has done anything for fear of pissing off the master. Hopefully that stops now.

I'm willing to bet that his is not an "average" return. In that income range you are audited just about every year. You'd think that if he did something illegal it would have already showed up.
