Was there ever any doubt?

Same stuff happens within the Republican Caucus. Failure to tow the line means you spend more time debating the merits of renaming Post Offices and any bills you introduce are DOA ( as are most bills no matter who is the majority leader).

No matter how one perceives Pelosi’s positions on anything, she is an effective leader.

Dumb would be bucking the momentum.

She is inexperienced.

Reminds me somewhat of Mia Love in 2014. Love had tremendous financial backing from the Koch Foundation and was going to change the world.

Only thing certain in 2016, was that whomever was elected, he/ she would enter office with unprecedented real and perceived conflicts of interest and would continue to say stupid stuff.

You might re call back in the day in the forum where {R} posters were all giddy about Mia Love and some were even talking about a future POTUS run.

Some of these guys are becoming parodies. I have been calling Booker Spartacus for the last couple of months and actually had to stop for a second and think of his real last name a couple of days ago when I was talking to my husband about him. Also continual jokes about Pocahontas and Pow Wow Chow. Eric Swalwell recently joined that list - ie. some of these idiots are so desperate to differentiate themselves from the potential D presidential nominee in a year or so, that they're overplaying their hands and desperate for a sound bite. That Cortez chick is another one. She'll either get in line with the old guard or be pushed out because she is a PIA that is no longer useful to the party.

Had to laugh the other day when some female D politician (didn't know who she was and can't remember her name) was asked on Fox News whether or not she would support Pelosi for speaker and the woman replied "well nobody else is running for the position right now, so that makes the decision easier".

Of course Pelosi is going to get the position. She can raise a crap load of money and she knows where the bodies are buried. That may or may not be an idiom.

What’s wrong with fearing socialism? Socialism historically has been a horrible thing .
Also the idea that Republicans “fear Latinos “ is stupid . Many Latinos are Republicans especially the ones that have seen the ills of socialism and communism , like Cubans and Venezuelans .

Typical liberal ignorant nonsense in article below
—-

Conservatives Fear Latinos and Socialism. They Are Terrified of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

You clearly dont know what the DNC is.

The entity you are actually talking about in context, is the DCCC.

How many of Mueller`s 30 or so sealed indictments are targeting the Dem swamp whatever the heck that`s supposed to be?
Cortez is one of the new Republican bogeymen. Add her to the list with Hillary, Maxine and Pelosi. What do the 4 have in common? Answer: They`re women.
