I'm a Trump supporter, but I'm against this. I don't believe an activist, state judge, should be able to dictate national policy. I didn't believe it was right when the D's cheered their judges jamming up Trump's travel ban on terrorist countries, illegal immigration issues, etc. & I still don't like it.
If this is the way the D's want to play the game though, what choice do the R's have?
If I was the D's right now, I'd be very concerned about what other liberal issues, some a partisan, state judge might strike down with his pen.
In less than two years Trump rips apart Obama's legacy.
The only thing left Obama for a legacy is the corruption.
Trump is the greatest !!!
He did the job in half the time expected.
I hope he takes a well earned vacation now.
And if what you posted is Trump's only legacy?
Then I am sad for America. We need a better health care system. The ACA wasn't it. That said the GOP damned sure had nothing except more of the same system that caused the ACA.

The GOP sure didn't either, I'll grant you that. That said, I'm interested to see what Trump comes up with. I trust him much more than I do the D's or R's on something important like this.
Republicans haven't been able to produce a better plan. It's unlikely anything else will be passed since the Democrats will lead the House. Another disaster for America.
