U.S. District Judge Reed O’Connor agreed with 19 States to declare the Affordable Care Act, (aka Obamacare) Unconstitutional because Congress revoked the tax penalty last year.
So, the state with the highest uninsured population in the USA....that won't even do e-verify to get rid of other "illegal stuff" now declared that Health Care for OUR OWN citizens is unconstitutional???
Truly Amazing. Texas is going to turn blue sooner than I thought....
What ever happened to the Republicans finding a better solution?
Oh that was just a shame? We’re gonna make a bad situation even worse and remain the only country that will allow you to die because you can’t afford your medical bills? What a surprise!!!
There goes my planned early retirement. Guess I'll be forced to work until 65 when medicare kicks in because employer sponsored insurance will be necessary since individual health insurance will be able to refuse to cover people with pre-existing conditions.
Even those without a pre-existing condition will be subject to losing their insurance as soon as they get a future health issue or big claim. Bam - the insurance company can refuse to pay your claims and kick you off the policy if the claim is big enough. They'll pay for your broken arm but if you get something serious like cancer, expect to be canned by your insurance company pronto.

And people are shocked when they see USA life spans decreasing.
But, hey, they are FREE from taxation and to die sooner.

I'll be working till the day I die because scumbag democrats care more about trannies and illegal immigrants than the working man (who made this nation great once). So I don't sympathize with your "plight" in the least.

Actually I dont see where the judge or that state made health care unconstitutional. Maybe forcing people by making a law to buy a product, but not health care itself.
