Judge never accused him of treason. The judge asked Muellers team if they had thought of charging Flynn with Treason.
The judge had to take it all back too, apologizing for his false harsh words, when he realized what Flynn had done was not illegal in anyway... Did so in the courtroom, but not before the media ran with it.
Of coarse they will not tell you the WHOLE truth. They have a narrative to push on the mental midgets.
Important to note that the Pentagon released the Mattis' resignation letter, not the White House. NO way would Trump ever voluntarily release a document like this, where the SecDef rips the president a new one.
But the top generals at the Pentagon wanted the American people to know the truth and see for themselves, so they released Mad Dog's resignation letter for all to see.
If the Pentagon had not released it, Trump, Huckabee-Sanders, KellyAnne and other liars for the White House could have spun this in any way they wanted. Good on the top generals for not giving Trump that chance.
Trump is done with the endless wars, the endless money being spent on countries I think the prince "murder" of a journalist opened his eyes to a few things I think. Or something is about to happen and he is bringing the troops home for defense.

Oh that's okay then, he just asked why didn't you charge him with Treason, which I think carries the death penalty in many countries.

According to Bob Woodwards Book Fear, Mattis was the one who saced NATO, however given that Trump may seek a replacement with more similar views to his own, I know genuinely fear for the future of NATO.

Trump insisted on talking about the gossip of the day, until dessert, when Priebus said "We've really got to deal with the Nato issue."
Retired general Keith Kellogg, the National Security Council chief of staff, argued Nato was "obsolete" and the US was being "used" by allies. Mattis and Joseph Dunford, chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, argued in favour of Nato, according to the book.
Jared Kushner, the president's son-in-law, also interjected, saying the US was only losing "pennies on the dollar" in supporting Nato.
Mattis expressed confidence Germany would meet the target of paying 2pc of GDP on defence. He added: "If you didn't have Nato you'd have to invent it. There's no way Russia could win a war if they took on Nato."
At the end of the dinner Trump told Mattis the US would support Nato but allies must pay.
He told Mattis: "You can have your Nato. But you become the rent collector." Mattis reportedly laughed and nodded.
Mattis has resigned due to differences with Trump with regard to the large withdrawl from Afghanistan, however the relationship was always strained on some issues such as NATO.
Mattis was always Pro-Nato and argued NATO's case, with Mattis gone, there will be further uncertainty regarding the future of the alliance.[/b]
Just FYI, Trump is pro-NATO. He just wants the Europeans to start paying more for their own self defense. Does that seem unreasonable to you? Really?
