I doubt very much if police would be excused for simply 'doing their job' if this happened!!That excuse never has never worked out well for anyone.
Refusal to comply with unconstitutional laws is the appropriate and best way to go about it...we can NEVER EVER obey or comply with unconstitutional laws or regulations!
If police try to arrest someone for it, Id hope other citizens would come help him fight them back.
