The Trump tactic of blaming it on the Dems is not working this time because it is a falsehood, like most of Trump's spiels. Trump is not a 'negotiator' -- he is an autocrat who makes demands - like a bratty child, which is how he is viewed.
The Dems do not have to negotiate with this obstinate liar this time. They can pass their funding bill and let Trump fight with the Senate. Not fighting with Trump will anger him more than fighting with him--he just cannot handle being ignored, so has meltdowns. Expect more meltdowns.

Negotiating with Trump is a waste of time, as we've seen over and over again. Dems should stick with their number of 1.3 billion. Take it or leave it.
