The Dems do not have to negotiate with this obstinate liar this time. They can pass their funding bill and let Trump fight with the Senate. Not fighting with Trump will anger him more than fighting with him--he just cannot handle being ignored, so has meltdowns. Expect more meltdowns.
Negotiating with Trump is a waste of time, as we've seen over and over again. Dems should stick with their number of 1.3 billion. Take it or leave it.
